How to share a dashboard

Sharing a dashboard with Panaseer ensures that critical data and insights are readily accessible to the right people at the right time. Whether through email, a shareable link, or a downloadable PNG, Panaseer offers a variety of options to suit your team's needs. This flexibility enhances collaboration and decision-making, making it an indispensable tool for effective data management and security posture oversight.

In the Panaseer platform, sharing insights and data with your team is made simple and efficient. There are three straightforward options for sharing dashboards, accessible by clicking the share button located in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard interface.

Share via email

This option allows you to seamlessly send the dashboard to specific recipients via email. You can choose to share the dashboard reflecting the current date or include specific filters for added relevance.

In some cases, Panaseer may need to add domains to your instance to enable sharing by email. If you encounter an alert regarding this, please raise a support ticket in Zendesk. Specify the domains you wish to be allowed, and our team will swiftly action this, enabling you to share dashboards via email.

Copy link

Easily grab the dashboard's URL and share it with others, allowing them to view the same data you're exploring.

The link will include the date and any filters you applied at the time of copying. Recipients of the link must have a Panaseer login and the necessary permissions to view the shared dashboard.

Download Dashboard as PNG

You can download and save the dashboard as a PNG file. This feature is particularly useful for preserving and circulating critical data effortlessly.
