Adding mobile devices as an asset type
We are on a mission to increase the breadth of assets that Panaseer supports out-of-the-box, so you can have a complete inventory and total visibility of potential gaps.
The first step in that journey is to add mobile devices as an out-of-the-box asset type in Panaseer's inventory.

Enhancing the Watch functionality will help improve remediation
We enhanced Watch functionality with two improvements:
1. When the value of a metric increases or decreases by more than a specified percentage threshold, the Watch will notify the user via email. This provides a more dynamic mechanism of detecting anomalous metric changes that you need to know about, compared to the current absolute value threshold.
2. When a Watch triggers a notification email, it will now include a link to the dashboard(s) they were created from, complete with relevant filters. This means that when a Watch identifies a problem, you will be able to go straight to that dashboard to see the affected assets or perform further analysis of the problem.
Business logic
Entity classification logic will now be available in dashboards and configuration pages. This will help you understand how we classify entities and allow us to respond to any requests more quickly.
You will see a new option in dashboards to view entity classification logic, and a new page in the data management center page "Business logic".
This change will be made gradually over the next quarter, working with your client success manager and technical consultants.

More saved preferences for data exploration
You can now easily save preferred layouts when drilling down to a metric from a dashboard, allowing you to switch seamlessly based on your needs. This reduces the need for exporting and means you don’t have to manually rearrange columns to find the data you want.
Share updates with the announcement banner
Administrators can use the new announcement banner feature to share important messages with users.
For example, to alert users about data accuracy in a specific report or tell them about a new feature that can help them with their job. Banners appear to users every time they log in and can easily be dismissed.
Creating new versions of the same dashboard
It’s now easier to create different versions of the same dashboard. You can slice and dice a dashboard using specific filters, then save that view with an easily recognizable name. You can switch between views immediately using a dropdown menu.
We are working on providing a full overview of past features and will be updating the release notes with more historical content in the near-future.
