Improved Dashboard Filtering

Filters are often used for customizing dashboards and focusing on important data.

We've made the following changes:

• Real-time filter values lookup: In the filtering menu, columns and values are displayed in real-time by direct table querying. Snowflake examines all tables associated with dashboard metrics to obtain comprehensive results for user selection.
• Full column support: Works for all column types, including high cardinality columns with global attributes set.
• Stale values disappear: Stale values are no longer shown where they don't exist in the data, they have been overwritten, or they exceed the 30 day time range of the query.
• No character limit on values

Business Logic integration with Dashboards

This is the first in a series of updates aimed at eliminating unnecessary manual configurations by automating the end-to-end process of integrating Business Logic attributes’ changes automatically into a dashboard. This includes:

• Simplified creation of new Business Logic attributes: The metadata record will be accurately created on your first attempt, removing the need to rerun pipeline jobs.

  This allows users to immediately use the new attribute when creating another one, without having to rerun the entire workflow.

• Business Logic filtering in Dashboard - Users can now filter Business Logic attributes in the dashboard.

  This streamlined access allows for uninterrupted data validation, enhancing focus and efficiency.
