Ability to add Remediation Objective from Metric Data page

We have added an option to add a Remediation Objective to the data page for a metric variation. Click Add Remediation Objective under the Actions menu.

Note: A Remediation Objective is a target value for a metric that is has a date range over which to achieve the target.

This makes it easier to assign targets to metrics to define your goals for a given period.

Scorecard metric page dashboard selection

The Metric Data page now offers a selectable list of dashboards that are using the metric variation. To see the list, click Dashboards using this metric variation under the metric variation name.

Click on any dashboard name to jump directly to the dashboard. The list streamlines the workflow when you need to check how the metric variation is contributing to a particular initiative.

New Help Center replaces Academy

The Academy has been rebranded as the Help Center. This includes a new design and reorganisation to improve information discovery.

Key enhancements include:

• Complete redesign for better brand alignment.
• New home page layout with expandable tiles to navigate to sections or sub-sections.
• New Quick links section with key options.
• Large Recent articles section for quick access to recent additions or updates.
• New Popular videos section.
• Search tags showing popular and recommended search terms.
• New Categories drop-down in header navigation bar.
• Page location breadcrumbs in each article.

All content from the Academy remains in the Help Center and new content is frequently added.

As the volume and scope of the information increases, we felt that Help Center was a better term to capture the purpose and scope of our customer assistance content.

Feature Enhancements

Metric Data page filter by date

The metric data page now supports date filtering:

• Date selector: Use the calendar selector in the Date field to see the data for that date.
• View trend over a given period: Data trend can be selected for preset periods between 7 days and a year using the filter chips above the trend chart. The trend is shown retrospectively up to the date selected in the Date field. For example, if you selected to view the data for 1st October, then selected 1 Month as the trend range, the trend shown will be for the month preceding the 1st of October.

In addition to the chart, the overall trend direction and value for the selected period is shown alongside the metric value.

Date filtering provides much more control over retrospective comparison and analysis.

Metric Detail page links to metric data

A Metric data button has been added on the Metric Detail page. This lets you quickly jump to the data from the metric information.

(beta) Help button now directs to Help Center

The Help & Support (question mark) button now directs users to the Help Center. This supports issue resolution by enabling quick access to our help documentation and the standard request form.
