Help button now links to Help Center

help center button

The question mark button in the left panel no longer opens a help request form. Instead, we are directing users via the Help Center to resolve requests. This improves issue resolution by providing a consistent journey, using the documentation for initial reference.
This has two key features:

  • Direct link: The help button at the bottom of the left panel now links directly to the Help Center, making it easy check the documentation prior to submitting a request.
  • Help Center open access: Most Help Center content is now open for public access. All users can check supporting documentation when resolving issues or needing more information, without having to log in.

Some Help Center articles are hidden from public access due to sensitive content. Only authorized users have full access to the Help Center and can submit a request using the online form.

Feature enhancements

Improved null value handling in filters

Improved null value handling in filters

We’ve updated the behavior of the Null values checkbox in the filter modal to ensure more consistent and accurate filtering results. These enhancements make it easier to refine your filters and match them with your requirements.

Key changes:

  • Exclude selection: Null values are now included in the results unless the Null values (empty cells) checkbox is selected.
  • Exclude Selection with Null values: When both are used together, results will include only the values that are not null and not part of the excluded selection, ensuring clarity and consistency.

These improvements have been applied across all filter types, including comparison, range, and inclusion filters. This change ensures filtering logic behaves consistently and predictably, for all scenarios.

Performance improvements

We've released several performance upgrades that improve the loading time for dashboards and the Controls Scorecard.
