We know that using AI in security can raise questions, especially around data privacy. This page answers the most common questions so you can feel confident using Key Drivers in the Panaseer platform.

Does this solution use Generative AI (GenAI)?

No, Key Drivers doesn’t use any GenAI. Instead, it relies on well-established Predictive AI methods.

Does this solution combine my data with data from any other customers (including in aggregate formats)?

No. At no point, during training or use of Key Drivers, is your data combined with data from other customers. Each customer’s solution works only with their own data.

Does this solution use my data to train models that can be used by others?

No, your data is not used to train models that others may use, nor is it used to train any third-party AI models.

Does this solution share my data with any new third parties?

No. This solution maintains data in its existing location under existing controls. No new third parties are introduced.

What data does the solution use?

The solution is designed to work for a single metric at a time. When you open the Metric data page for a specific metric, the solution uses the underlying data for that specific metric only. 

Can I opt out of the solution?

Yes, you can request to opt out of specific AI features by contacting your Customer Success Manager (CSM) and our team will disable it. In this case, Key Drivers will not be available to any users on your environment.
