Panaseer's IQ Suite FAQ

  • Updated

Panaseer's AI principles underpin how we build these intelligent features. They help guide how we innovate, build trust, and form the foundation that allows us to unlock AI’s potential.

We know that using AI in security can raise questions, especially around data privacy. This page answers the most common questions so you can feel confident using the IQ Suite in the Panaseer platform.

Do I need to enable the solutions?

No, IQ features are enabled on your environment two weeks after you receive an email notifying you of deployment.

If you prefer not to have it enabled, you can opt out by contacting your Customer Success Manager. In this case, the IQ feature in question will not be available to any users on your environment.

Do these solutions use Generative AI (GenAI)?

Yes, the IQ features use LLMs that are fully provided by Panaseer's existing data sub-processor partners. These AI models run inside the security and governance perimeter defined in the existing data security policies, keeping your data protected and securely in place.

Do these solutions use my data to train models?

No. Panaseer never shares your data for third-party AI model training. Furthermore, IQ features use privately hosted LLMs “as-is”, so they do not train on your data.

Do these solutions combine my data with data from any other customers (including in aggregate formats)?

No. At no point, during setup or use of IQ features, is your data combined with data from other customers. Each customer’s solutions work only with their own data.

Do these solutions share my data with any new third parties?

No. These solutions maintain data in its existing location under existing controls. No new third parties are introduced.

Which foundational models do these solutions use?

The IQ features use recent Claude foundational models.

As with all our AI solutions built using foundational models, we may upgrade to a newer model at a later date. We will only make such changes if they ensure that we continue to meet the commitments we’ve made to you, as outlined on this page.

What data do the solutions use?

MetricIQ:

The solution is designed to work for a single metric at a time. When you open MetricIQ for a specific metric, the solution uses the underlying data for that metric and its visualization configuration only.

DashboardIQ:

The solution is designed to work for a single dashboard at a time. When you open DashboardIQ for a specific dashboard, the solution uses the underlying data for the dashboard score, including values, titles, thresholds, and statuses for the metrics that contribute to the score and derived information only.

ScorecardIQ:

The solution is designed to work for a single scorecard at a time. When you open ScorecardIQ for a specific scorecard, the solution uses the title of the scorecard, the score value and trend and dashboard weights. Furthermore, for each dashboard included in the scorecard, it uses the same data as DashboardIQ for that dashboard. No other data is used.
