Submitting a support request via email
Send an email to support@panaseer.com, using the subject to give the support ticket a title and the email body to provide a more detailed description.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request, along with details about how to make updates and view its status.
Submitting support requests and feedback via Panaseer
You can submit two types of tickets from Panaseer:
- Feedback: if you'd like to submit feedback about any part of the Panaseer product, you can use this option.
- Support request: a support request is the standard ticket type in Panaseer Support and is intended to capture issues, questions, and defects.
To submit a feedback request or support via Panaseer:
- Click on the Help & Support
button on the left-hand side of your screen.

Select the Feedback or Support radio button.
- Enter your ticket Subject and Description.
- Click Submit a Request.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your feedback or request, along with details about how to make updates and view its status.
